Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the R & D, proofing and verification of BDS Beidou / GPS antenna connecting line, wifi antenna, GPS module, GPS vehicle navigation antenna, GSM antenna, antenna RF line board terminal sub adapter connector and other antennas of jinhaibiao kinghelm company, and the test confirmation during component assembly;

2. Lead the sample trial production and small batch trial production, formulate and revise the process and improve the quality.

3. Be responsible for the improvement of new product data such as BDS Beidou / GPS antenna connecting line, wifi antenna, GPS module, GPS vehicle navigation antenna, GSM antenna, antenna RF line board end seat sub adapter connector and so on; Implementation and tracking of product design;

4. Responsible for the improvement of production process and die and fixture, the improvement of production capacity and the leading of relevant projects.

5. Responsible for the development, recognition and coding of new raw materials of BDS Beidou / GPS antenna connecting line, wifi antenna, GPS module, GPS vehicle navigation antenna, GSM antenna, antenna RF line board end seat sub adapter and other antennas and components; Participate in material supplier development and supplier evaluation and management.

1. Responsible for the appearance design, material selection and mold scheme of new product structural parts;

2. Responsible for establishing product BOM and drawing design drawings;

3. Undertake product development, commissioning and preparation of relevant technical documents;

4. Draw product parts drawings, prepare installation and operation instructions, product bill of materials, acceptance standards or specifications, etc

5. Reply to product technical questions and confirmation of specifications;

6. Lead and track design changes and old product maintenance;

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechatronics, mechanical design, lighting engineering, etc.

2. 2. Skillfully use Auto CAD, Pro / E and other mechanical drawing software, and be familiar with plastic, hardware mold, molding and surface treatment process;

3. At least 3 years of structural engineer experience in antenna industry; Led connector, injection molding shell, familiar with extrusion process experience is preferred;

4. Understand plastic and hardware materials and processing cost composition and price accounting.

5. Industrial design ability is preferred;

6. Serious, responsible and innovative, with good teamwork and professionalism.
